New website and branding launched

I’m excited to share the rebrand of INHARNESS, which includes a refreshed logo that represents the heart of what I do: people.

The new logo, featuring three interconnected heads, is a symbol of leadership at all levels—leading yourselfothers, and organisations/communities. It’s also about viewing leadership through multiple perspectives and focusing on context, clarity, and choice.

At the core of leadership, whether personal or professional, are people. This change reflects the ongoing mission of Inharness: to support leaders in finding the space to lead with purpose and confidence, while navigating complexity with clarity.
